Domino's Pizza - Crawley

Pizza to perfection. Tandoori chicken on italian thin base works fantastically well. The best pizza needs to be eaten piping hot and so there are tables in this branch. . Dont take it home please.

Ordered pizza and it arrive cold.. I phoned the Crawley high street branch and spoke with the manager in January, Naresh Patel, who stated there would be credit placed on my account which would be identifiable by my phone number. I phoned today to use my credit and the same manager has told me there is no credit on my account and no notes on the system and therefore can’t do anything for me.
The worst customer service I have received from a well know branded take away. He would rather I write a poor review and complain to head office instead of sticking to his own agreement from before. Shocking behaviour and completely care free don’t give a dam attitude towards customers

Thought they couldnt get worse, i was wrong,pizzas are see through & hardly any toppings ,wouldnt order or eat from there again, its rank

Put a large order in (5 pizzas for family) and waited nearly 90 mins for a delivery by which time all the pizzas were cold. When we requested a new order be sent out we was told it was a 2 hour wait. Terrible customer service.

Twice now I've been here in 6 months. Both times they don't have gluten free bases. Not going to try again. Stuff yourself Pizza hut Crawley.

Awful experience. Ordered a medium pizza but a small was delivered to me instead, which also was barely warm. Called numerous times but nobody answered.

Awful won’t order here again. We ordered Xmas eve as a treat for our son, ordered his favourite ham and pineapple and the cheese burger pizza got a deal with 2 sides and a drink. My god it was disgusting, it was cold , dry , tasteless (I’ve never had pineapple that taste of nothing before) , the wedges literally conisted of about 6 /7 , the garlic pizza bread was again dry and tasteless and cold. We did give this feedback that night (no answer on the phone of course) so had to do online and was told they will contact us but never did and still haven’t l, absolute waste of £32 never again !! Worst domino’s experience ever.

Ordered tonight, worst pizza I have had in a long time, my pizza the new yorker had way too much cheese to the point that it was soggy left half of it as its like eating pizza that has already been eaten and spat out, garlic pizza bread does that not come with cheese anymore ?! Both where drier then the dessert , my wife's ham and pineapple had 4 bits of pineapple on it is there a shortage, money down the drain pizza in the bin, Domino's you need to sort your standards out ! Unhappy
