Came a different order with spicy sauce that I can't eat (ordered with garlic). Finally reached customer service explained that I got wrong order, theu said what I want to do, I said I want to get my order, they answer was "we don't have a driver", I said I can wait because it's my dinner, he said okay will be delivered later. Anyway I left without my dinner, no refund. Very bad customer service, NOT RECOMMENDED.

Took 1 hour and a half to get here from when we ordered, when it got here finally, the pizza was cold and the cheese was hard, the chips was also cold, very sad about this so we asked for a refund but they said no, definitely won’t be going here again

Have not received my food but said they delivered it. Tried calling the restaurant 14 times no answer such bad service for a business would not recommend ever avoid at all costs as your not guaranteed food or a service

Got chicken kebab and chips with coke. Incredibly dissatisfied with the kebab, seasoning was horrendous. Favourite part of the meal was the coke.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!!! I ordered hot wings, chicken like jelly and pink and purple throughout, completely forgot the main meal and then proceeded to say we lied and the chef didn’t make a mistake! Chips are wet and soggy way undercooked, cookies were burnt to a crisps the only thing that was good was the canned drink! Turkish man on the phone hanging up on me shouting and swearing, lord telling us that the item they forgot was on its way.. 1hr later shouting that we called late for the missing item and it’s not being delivered because apparently they had no staff or driver! DO NOT GO HERE

This is what £18 on a chicken wrap with chips and chicken kebab looks like from kebapizza. It also took 90 mins to arrive instead of the predicted 30 mins, and arrived cold. I rang them, they said they would replace the cold meal, and haven't- then stopped answering the phone. Poor service, cold poor quality food.

This place has got a wide range of menu which is good.A pizza's are ok but not a special.Chicken doner kebab is tasty.Chicken stripers are a giant version(my child didn't enjoy).It would be better to add some dishes pictures on the website.

Order never arrived, shop never picked up phone (yet they accepted the order on deliveroo?). Highly convinced they weren't even open as was stated (was around 1am). Terrible
