Food took an hour and thirty five minutes to arrive. Order was missing items. Chips were soggy and had burned through the packaging. The drink I ordered was warm because it was kept in the bag next to the chips for god knows how long the delivery driver was wondering around for. The shop's 10 minutes away tops. I may as well have walked.

DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THERE!

I have had the worst experience with that takeaway, I have ordered food from Uber Eats but the takeaway driver should have brought me the food, but he never DID

Plus when I called the takeaway for a few times they were very RUDE and they said we left the food in front of your door, they said we rang you and knocked the door but they were lying I checked my phone, and I was by the door the whole time waiting for the delivery but nobody came, they are LIERS and RUDE

No chicken
No kofta
No pita
Chips cold
Hardly any sauce
Hardly any salad
Instead we got steak which is not even in the order. We rang and they said chicken isn’t on the list yet there menu states it. We loved this place but never ordering again

Ordered takeaway last night and absolutely shocking, not only was the order wrong, my wife's food was cold, the chips were rock hard and it was 2 hours late, no apology from them, even though we called them twice, just kept saying it was on its way. Never had any issues before but after this, unlikely to use them again

Absolutely terrible!!
I have ordered from here twice now, and both times they have messed up massively. The first time I ordered my food didn’t even show up!!! I had to call the next day and complained, and the manager came and gave me a refund and my food. Second time, I ordered was last night, and was given a delivery time between 2 and 2.20am. I waited up until 2.45 when I eventually fell asleep, to find a mess of a delivery on my door step. Half the items were missing, and the other half was all incorrect. Oh, and they don’t answer the phone when I try to contact them directly.

waited 2 hours for our food, which was cold and missing an item - communication could be a lot better, the line was constantly busy so couldn't track or cancel our order, but finally got through and were told it would be 10 minutes (40 minutes before it actually arrived, without a phone call to say so). the food was mediocre, chips were nice but pizza cheese was grainy and left us with stomach aches. honestly wish we hadn't bothered, so disappointed

Ordered food from here, 2 hours AFTER I ordered & received and email stating my order was confirmed, they call and said they won’t deliver to me and I have to wait 5 days for a refund... absolutely disgusting, nowhere else open to order from now it’s 02:30 am & i am a key worker on a graveyard shift. Will never give them custom again.

Horrendous! I ordered a small pizza for myself, took well over an HOUR to arrive. On arrival the pizza was lukewarm. I called the takeaway several times to be told the driver was “on my street” it does NOT take 15 minutes to get through a single street! I called the restaurant and I’m applaud to how I’ve been spoken to, no respect whatsoever! The man who answered the phone couldn’t give less of a toss if he tried! Will never order from here ever again.
