Burg Burgers Mapperley Top

Order was delivered - however we received the wrong food. Called Burg to be told we could keep the wrong order, would receive a full refund but needed to go and collect our correct order. We were also asked to take the wrong food back as proof. We were handed our correct order - was told we could keep the wrong order too and that she’d put a free Brownie as an extra. How lovely! Brilliant customer service we thought. Arrived home - 5 min drive away - food was cold - in fact the one that had been delivered first was hotter! No Brownie. No refund. Shame really as I’m sure if we’d had hot food it would have been great. Had wasted enough time & couldn’t be bothered to call/return again. Total of three burgers, & two bags of fries in the bin.

Worst burger i have ever eaten it was practically raw with the buns being moldy and the cheese not even being melted. the lettuce had shades of brown and side of fries i ordered the portion was horrible for the price you pay. personally i would not recommend this place. while also i have heard managers speaking awfully this there staff. As someone who has been in the kitchen before i believe that the managers have no like ability about them with there rude tones and patronising behaviour.

I came in and being the most indecisive person ever I was pretty anxious to order but the girl on the counter, Lauren I think her name was, long brunette hair, couldn’t do more to help me. She ended up suggesting the Philly cheese steak, waffle fries and a coke. I loved it all! Will definitely be back soon!

Missing the shakes very misleading on about food amounts on the chicken bites you only get 6 in a box does not look like photos they present. Everything else was good and tasted nice. Checked website after ordering and prices are completely different

Had some amazing food at Burg 10/10. Will definitely be coming back. Around the corner to my house. Phenomenal food and friendly staff, especially the young lad that served me named Harry, really friendly, polite and professional. Couldn't ask for more. Keep up the great work! I will be back for more 🍔

I was scrolling through google to find the top dine-in places for family meals to my needs and burg popped up. I took my family here and the representative Harry took great care of us all. He went out of his way to take his time on our large order and he was polite. The hospitality at the place was amazing and they all really looked after us, especially Harry. Food was amazing and the night out was perfect. Love the restaurant. GIVE HARRY A PAYRISE!!! - satisfied with the service and he stood out :)

We ordered the 2x burgers 2x cheesy beef fries and 2x milkshake bundle deal. Honestly, I was hoping it would be nice but I didn't expect it to be this nice! Everything was fresh, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Portion sizes were good too. Please kindly consider adding the option to your menu to add cheese on the piri fries ;) We rate this better than bk and mcds!

Had some amazing food eating in at the Burg, the menu is enticing with lots to choose from.. 😋
I loaded with the Burg Angry Bird meal (now, not just a fan of the movie!) & doubled up.. then washed it down with a nuttella milk shake. About a £1 extra than other places but you can taste the quality here!
