Burgerz n' Wingz Arnold

Ordered BBQ Asian burger, tasteless and very greasy ( to say they try and make food healthier)
We ordered 2 types of different wings were basically just a bone and fat.
Really disappointed as we heard it was okay, wish we went to McDonald’s instead.
The Hoisin duck loaded fries were ok, very fatty though and not much hoisin sauce so it was quite dry.
Hour and half for delivery and we are still starving.
Nice delivery driver tho!
Maybe because it’s a busy Friday night, not too sure what happened with our food but overall tasteless and full of fat.

I ordered take away with Uber , the Uber driver dropped it at number 12 not 21 , the people who got the order by mistake phoned bugerz and they told them to enjoy and eat it , Uber drive went straight back to the address to be told they had eaten the order and was told too by the takeaway ,I spoke to the guy at burgerz he was not remorseful in anyway to me on the phone ,and just didn't care , and just said u can order again Uber will sort it it's there fault , no it was his fault also and could have show even a little bit empathy and at I least apologised for his part in the saga , it goes with out saying I didn't order from them and never will again when clearly customer service means very little to them.Uber where very good about it and didn't charge , but it took me 3hours to eventually eat that night , burgerz and wings clearly need some training on customer service, don't us them i would say with my terrible experience.

Really good food.. Delivered within the expected times and still hot. Will definitely order from here again.

The duck loaded fries used to be crispy and well portioned. There's more fat than meat now which you can taste, with a smaller portion and bad chips. So little effort involved on the past 2 occasions ive ordered. Not worth the £11 for the quality of food. Disappointed that my once favourite place doesn't care about there food anymore

Ordered a vegan burger and cauliflower fries and they gave chicken. Which is super gross.

Portion size good, KFC burger doesn’t really taste of anything Korean chicken abit dry , fries are nicely cooked but tasteless, loaded burger was very nice 😊

£27 and a 2 hour wait for cold burger and chips for 2…..completely useless!
