Ordered in September- emailed in October chasing my order (there was a delivery delay due to covid which I accepted) I chased due to receiving a call advising my order would be delivered the next day (it wasn’t) I had no response for several days and then had an email advising they are rebranding and cancelled my order and would give me a voucher- I requested a refund so I could purchase elsewhere and advised I didn’t want a voucher I was told my query was passed to there logistics team- I have continued to chase this and had absolute radio silence- it is now November and I STILL haven’t had a refund. Terrible service do not order from these people.
