First of all I have to say that we have had some of the best takeaway food from Serefina Grill. However, tonight we have ordered and although it was accepted, they have just completely pied us off. When trying to call it just goes to answer phone with a full mail box. We have waited 2 hours before deciding that we will have to just go some where else, such a shame, and by looking at the recent reviews there are a few issues.

Very good food and always fresh made, staff is incredible, always kind and friendly, everything inside is clean every time. Chips are amazing and the food tastes amazing every time. Great value for money, definitely coming back!

Top quality food which is not very costly. Tried their peri peri chicken and pizzas. Definitely worth a try. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Friendly staff and accommodated when I rang to change online order. Pizza and wings were nice. Probably wouldn’t order the coleslaw again but other than that it was lovely.

Shocking, we paid £28 to have 4 items delivered and they were all disgusting. Burger tasted like it was microwaved and the chips were inedible. When I called to ask for a refund they told me the food was fine and was hot when it left. Do not order food from here.

Worst takeaway we’ve ever had and diabolical customer service.
Food arrived half an hour late which wouldn’t be an issue, however all of it was inedible. I ordered the 10 piece chicken tender meal. The chicken was hard and dry, as if it’s been hot-holded / microwaved endlessly. Hardly succulent and tender! The chips basically tasted like cardboard and had the texture to go with it.
My partner had a bbq burger meal but the bacon looked and smelled horrendous. Burger was definitely microwaved and tasted worse than a cheap frozen burger.
Our order came to £28 in total! When we called to complain and say we couldn’t eat it and it was a waste of money, the chap said they couldn’t refund it because we had the food and because of covid they can’t eat it!!!
