Billys Diner Merthyr

Ordered from these for 1st time today. However delievery was late and been out with food delievery for 20minutes. So food turned up cold. And hardly any salad in the burgers and burnt bacon. Will never order from these again. Poor value for money.

1 hour late.
Sausage and bacon bap x2 £4 quid each.
Arrived cold and in squashed box
1 x slice bacon
1 x chopped up sausage
Didnt have any hot drinks
Forgot my sons drink
Really not the best
Please Avoid or you will be disappointed.

Food was cold waited 2 hours for delivery then they gave me wrong order at the door. To expensive DO NOT ORDER from this place it's totally not worth it. No stars shows how disappointing this place is

Food was early and the driver was nice - had the breakfast it was burnt and covered in bits of clumped up grease - will not be ordering again

Disgusting!

Waited 2hrs and 45 minutes for the food. Called them over ten times, left voicemails. No reply. Food was cold and pitiful. Over priced and made better in my own kitchen. Do not order from here. Your better off going to McDonald's than these 'gourmet' burgers. Absolute joke!
