Couldn't be happier with the food and service we've always received from Giants. Never once have they made us feel like it's a big deal to tweak the orders to fit in with dietary restrictions. Always proud and happy to show you guys off when friends come to visit.

Good food, fair prices and lovely service, what more could I want?

Before I even mention the food, the customer service is absolute top notch. Friendly and helpful on the phone, great delivery service too. The food then?

Pretty darn good! Both beef and chicken burgers were good, cajun fries were enjoyable but I'd say the onion rings were a little average. Still, really tasty food and will have again.

The food is excellent and the service is 2nd to none. Not only are the staff both professional, friendly and helpful but they are always happy to cater to anyone's needs. The food is high quality and this is reflected in the price. Don't expected a cheap burger van patty these are some of the best meaty treats in the south-west and they even have Vegan and Vegetarian options too. The Loaded fries are to die for 😋. The new premises are just another step up in the rise of what will become one of the best High Quality Burger outlets in South Wales. Cannot recommend Highley Enough an Easy 5 Star's

was kind of disappointed live locally practically 5 minutes away but couldn't leave as I was looking after my nephew but I phone to place a order for delivery I get told that their will be a charge to pay with my card for their food and the delivery charge was just stupid especially for local delivery I would understand if I was outside of abertillery but I complain about these charges and the reply I get is its been that way forever and that every takeaway place around does a charge to pay by card well I'm sorry to inform you not only 2 minutes later I look for a new place to order from which was the vape and ape coffee shop in ebbw vale and I tell you now its much better food and much better priced especially for what giants charge and they don't even include a full meal you pay separate for chips im sorry but you don't order from a burger place and just have a burger I would understand and pay the prices if it was a full meal but no you get the fries Separate and have to pay more and then on top have a card fee and also a high delivery fee for a local delivery! kind of stupid and you can change these things but choose not too

Food is always served fresh and hot. It is delicious and prepared by experienced kitchen staff. The prices are fair and are similar to other gourmet burger establishments.

Loaded fries were absolutely stunning but all our burgers were Luke warm and milkshakes watery and not thick. Burgers were very tasty though and big, proper decent quality meat.
