Ordered food at 1am after work, an hour and a half before closing time, waiting two hours after ordering, reported the order twice to just eat for being late, asked for my money back (under the impression from just eat that I would still get my order like they stated) and then they cancelled it! If the food is anything like the service then maybe it’s a good thing I didn’t receive it

Hairs in my meal no cheese on burger no cheese on and chips after care is disgusting

It's the 2nd time we have ordered with u this month and our food has been at least 2 hours from order confirmed!!!

They always say 1hr -1h20mins the food will be with you but that's never the case, not once has the order been early or on time. Most cases it's been 2hrs+. The kebabs are nice enough but please don't buy their fries/chips, they're always rock hard and sometimes even cold (they put it somewhere to stay hot so they can get numerous delivery orders to all go at the same time), by the time the orders go it's usually overdone.

Food was good and the staff were very polite. The portion size could of been a little bigger. I had a meal deal with chips and drink and the chips were the size of a McDonald's happy meal size. Either slight reduction in price or slight increase in portion sizing would be great.

Placed order, after a couple of minutes they cancelled the order with no explanation as to why. Wasn't a big deal but we lost our Uber Eats promotion as a result. Today we have have received an email from Ubereats telling us that we will not be refunded as the restaurant had begun cooking our meal.

I don't really understand how they had time or why they would even begin cooking our order in under three minutes, then cancel with no justifiable reason and still take our money?

Gross treatment from the restaurant. Based on other reviews here, it isn't a stretch to see they are terrible.

Nice place, nice food. Staff seem friendly and very helpful open till late for collections so that's a bonus.very clean inside.
I went to collect at there closing time, with everything cleaned and shutdown, a customer walks in, usually takeaways turn them away, but these guys more than willing to help .

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD... I LOVE MY FOOD AND A TREAT... WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN !!! HAD 15 CHIPS 7 PEICES OF LAMB DONNOR FOR A REGULAR THE FOOD WAS DISGUSTING COLD TOOK OVER AN HOUR FOR FOOD TO COME... AND CHARGE ME 2 POUND DELIVERY FOR THE TOP OF THE HILL....THE PEOPLE IN CHARGE HERE WAS RUDE WHEN I CALLED THEM BACK TO TELL THEM AND DIDNT UNDERSTAND THE QULITLY OFF FOOD & SERVICES THE SOULD HAVE FOR CUMSTOMERS DISSOPPIONTED...I HAVE TO RE-ORDER FROM SOMWHERE ALES TO GET FOOD.. SORT IT OUT...
