Desserts101

I was a bit worried because there were barely any reviews but this place is pretty nice. Open till at least 10:30p (not sure exact hours, but that’s when we went), they are perfect for that late night coffee, tea, or milkshake craving. They are also very cheap! If I’m in Cardiff again soon I’d definitely go back. The waitstaff are also super nice. It’s not designer food or anything, but it’s good decent desserts at a great price.

The desserts here are amazing and you also receive large portions that are great value! The desserts are all freshly made in the kitchen and served hot! The sauces are also kept heated to ensure an optimal experience.

We ordered online expecting a 10% discount as advertised. Went to collect in store and they hadn't even received the order and they charged us full price because apparently the offer was outdated - yet they had leaflets of the same offer on their table!
Came home to eat the desserts and the waffle was undercooked and tasteless and the milkshake was literally milk with chocolate bits in it. I phoned them to complain and although she apologised, I was fobbed off with calling another company if I wanted a refund when I didnt even order through them. Very poor customer service and extremely disappointed with the quality of food.

Shocking customer service from one of the staff members there. Doesn't honor discount deals they advertise on their website and leaflets instore.
Their website said order confirmed, gave it 20 minutes, went to collect and that have no recollection of my order so had to wait another 10-15 minutes. Even then as a gesture of goodwill didn't give me the 10% off as advertised.
A bit over priced and the quality of the end product isn't that great!
Won't be going back there again. Even though it's closet to me, I'd rather drive further afield and go to an establishment that cares about its customers.

Clean but small place. Nice to bring kids. A little expensive but I liked the cozy atmosphere. It's not very well known yet I think, so it was quiet but looks like it is trying to appeal to youngsters and young families. My daughters aged 14 and 6 loved it. The food was tasty. Food preparation, serving,eating areas were clean which was impressive. They accept card and cash. Pleasant and polite staff. We went twice and the second time I noticed it to be quite busy (after school, 5pm) very nice. I like this place.

Had a hair on my waffle and they refused to give me a new one, so I had to bin it! very rude.

Unfortunately unimpressed..
Paid £16.50 for 2 cheesecake slices and 2 scoops of icecream.. The ice cream was nice but the cheesecake diddnt have any taste and the portion sizes were tiny 🙁.
Waited an hour and a half for it to arrive...
Will not be ordering again.

Ordered 2 large milkshakes and strawberry shortcake. Didnt have large cups so gave me a small no reimbursement; didnt provide straw's so I rang and the woman she continued to have lied to me saying that they would send the person back to provide straws and the correct change for not having the large drinks. Not impressed
