Capanos Pizza Grill

I always had a best opinion about their kebab ,best kebab in Risca till today.
I was there around 19:30 and ordered a lamb kebabs like always. When i arrived home the taste of meat was different ,like instant light charcoal artificial taste and smell. I don't know what they did with that meat and where they heat it but its unconsumable for me. Please dont don't do that again and go back to previous way of doing it. The instant light charcoal taste is awful.

Absolutely shocking,, if I could put no stars I would,, where do I start, well ordered a meal by telephone, like usual, usually it was OK, but this time not only did they put what I ordered up by around £8 or so, they also put up the local delivery charge from £1., to £3.50, when I rang to complain they were very rude offered no refund, and just said online prices for the food and delivery is more expensive, oh and apparently they're now using better meat, (don't make me laugh) it came cold as well, but here's the thing we never ORDERED online we done it with a new menu over the telephone, which also states £1 delivery, don't be fooled it's now £3.50,, total rip off and very rude definitely won't use these rip off merchants again.

If I could leave no stars I would,, Always used these, used to be OK, but ordered tonight 23rd September 2022, over the phone, not only did they change the delivery fee from £1, to a massive £3.50, they also put the price up on each item, totalling an extra £8, I rang up to complain and the man just fobbed me off, saying that's online prices,, for just eat etc,, I didn't order online,,, I done it over the phone with a new menu from last week,,, very rude, very disappointed, I will definitely not use these again,, total rip off merchants, also the food was very cold, and don't be fooled by the £1, delivery charge on the menu,,, as its now gone upto £3.50, even though its a new menu,,, Avoid.

This is my take away of choice in the whole of risca. I’ve pretty much tried everything on the menu. The grilled shish stands out a mile in comparison to other places and the new recipe donners are fantastic. The people there are always lovely even when they are busy.

I havnt had to complain about the food before I like the food from here but when I'm biting into my kebab and I nearly cut my mouth on piece of sharp plastic please check your food before delivery hopefully this don't happen again I've got photo if you need to see

Ordered cheese and chips but when arrived the plastic container (Styrofoam) had dissolved into the food making it unedible

Ordered a spicy pizza. Arrived on time. Pizza was warm ISH and totally bland. I've ordered pizza several times before. All have been ok ISH. Never again considering the price I paid. £30 for 2 large pizzas.

Accepted order but never delivered. Avoid!
Edit: it was half an hour before close not 5 minutes, and if you didn't want to deliver it, why accept the order? That's the whole purpose of that function, so you can reject orders you don't want to do.
