Silver Palace

Terrible customer service. Food arrived minus a portion, rang shop kept hanging on for 10 mins (delivered food now going cold), eventually the manager said that she would deliver the missing portion and reimburse for the inconvenience. Food arrived 15 mins later but not the reimbursement. Rang to speak to the manager, she wouldn't come to the phone but relayed that as we had the food (25 mins later) she would not reimburse me. I will never go here again and advise anyone else to stay away too.

FOOD WAS OF POOR STANDARD, DELIVERY WAS REALLY QUICK HOWEVER THE FOOD WAS COLD (APART FROM THE GINGER & SPRING ONION PORK), MISSED OUT THE POPPADUMS FROM THE ORDER & CHARGED US TWICE FOR THE ONE CURRY SAUCE WE ORDERED, WHEN WE PHONED UP TO QUERY THIS THE WOMAN ON THE PHONE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND WOULDN'T ACCEPT THE FACT THE FOOD WAS COLD OR THAT SHE MISSED ANYTHING OUT, DIDN'T GIVE US A FULL REIMBURSEMENT HOWEVER THE DELIVERY DRIVER WAS EXTREMELY UNDERSTANDING, FEEL SORRY FOR THE DELIVERY DRIVER HAVING TO PUT UP WITH SUCH PRUDE BEHAVIOUR FROM HIS OWN STAFF AS WELL AS THEIR MISTAKES. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE UNLESS OF COURSE YOU LIKE YOUR FOOD ON THE CHILLED SIDE.

Had a take from there a few months ago and it was nice , but went back for a second there early October, and thought it had gone downhill big time. Bland tasting food, Meat over cooked, too much veg in each main course, and most of it was too hard . Shall go elsewhere in future

Ordered from here food was delivered quickly and hot but was disappointed with the pancake rolls as they were all bean sprouts with a tiny bit of chicken in there, also there was no prawns. The same with the special fried rice no prawns. My daughter enjoyed the egg fried rice and chicken balls. The crispy shredded beef was nice.

Delivery was early, hot on arrival, and food was very good. Chow mein particularly nice. Hygiene was excellent with contactless delivery. Card would have been a nice option though.

Fair play the food is tasty, deliveries can be a little slow during busy times which is to be expected, this does not detract from the the quality of the food.

OMG this was our first order from Silver Palace, the spring roll was the crispness one I've ever eaten full of big pieces of chicken and it was piping hot. The chicken skewers were out of this world and the special house fried rice was amazing. Value for money, fast delivery service and complimentary prawn crackers were to die for. Thank you for an excellent meal

Good quality meal at a very reasonable price.
If collecting, take a coat!! It's cold in the shop!!
