Domino's Pizza - Prestatyn

Absolutely disgusted in the attitude of the manager and not only to find at least 10 hairs on my food and didn’t even get a apology from the store manager I asked for a refund and got told he would email the area manager And I would find out by tomorrow and not even guaranteed that I would get a refund. You can clearly see the hairs in the photos without the ones I most likely ingested if I could give it a 0 star I would, feel physically sick .

Ordered 3 large pizzas for collection because I live 25 minutes away so out of area for delivery got home to discover every pizza was over cooked and bone dry , totally inedible. So spent £47 on 3 pizzas that we couldn’t eat. I complained and got offered one pizza in return !! Because 1 pizza between 5 people apparently is enough not to mention the cost of the previous awful 3 pizzas I’d paid for ! Still awaiting a response on my answer to the rubbish offer ! Waste of time and giving dominos a very bad name. Go somewhere else the management is terrible and the food is worse

Ok so I gave it a chance for the third time and unfortunately for some reason I can't eat food from there.... I've had Domino's in the past and I can eat other fast food as well without any problems but then I had Domino's yesterday I had again a bad stomach pain.... Never again..... God knows how old it is or what's inside...

I ordered a 2x pizza and spend had half a night with Diarrhea so my husband. It's a second time from this domons !!!

First time I've used it I'm not a 🍕 fan thought we would try it as at the moment were havin a kitchen fitted, wasn't disappointed crust was lovely nice and hot.will use again

Why would anyone order from here ? Over 20 quid for a large pizza that's not even 14 inch. Absolute rip off and not even good quality ingredients.

Just experienced incredible service from Domino's Prestatyn: my son and his gf ordered 2 large pizzas tonight paying extra for some additional toppings, one of which was missed off their order. A lovely driver has just arrived at our house with a whole new pizza for them!! Being teens they're not gonna remember to leave a thank you review, let's be honest, so I'm doing it for them while they eat - well done Dominos, mistakes happen but it's how you deal with them that counts and this counts as 5 star problem-solving in our book 👍🏻🙏🏻🍕
(Oh, and the pizza is DEEEEEELICIOUS 😆😋!!)

Called here to try them out, the staff were very friendly and nice listened to what we wanted followed covid-19 restrictions very well clean place came home with a great deal deffently going to be using again
