I've ALWAYS been a fan of Topoli's. I've been going there for over 30 years. Food is decent and I've known some of the staff there for more years than I'd care to remember.
Tonight I had the worst customer service I've ever had. There was a little confusion about a can of cherry coke and the response I had was 'it's not our responsibility'.
As someone who worked there when I was 16, I appreciate that the staff deal with drunk and sometimes awkward customers. However the attitude I had from one member of staff was appalling. All over a can of pop. I hope it was worth it. I'll not be visiting again. Shame really.

The food is normally beautiful I went there tonight and I’m sorry but I got a little bit fed up of the rudeness of the staff slamming the change in front of you I just asked the guy why can’t you say please or thank you and he told me he’s too busy. I’ve known most of the staff in the past and they’ve always been very nice but the guy there now thinks he’s a UFC fighter and he could not accept the fact that he could not give politeness. As I left he tried to get a few people on his side, his staff who were obviously quite scared of him were laughing e.g. his staff . If you want to discuss it no problem Facebook is quite easy to contact people

Had a wonderful surprise visiting this shop last evening. I have Coeliac disease which means I cannot eat anything containing gluten. The gentleman who overheard this told me he could make me a kebab prepared especially even cleaning utensils before doing so. This happens so rarely that I had to post a review. My kebab was delicious so thank you so much. The gentleman who did all this used to work in Ireland where he learnt all about Coeliac disease.

Ordered chips and cheese and the chips were that greasy and horrible texture you get when your oil is not hot enough at the start. £5.50 for that garbage too.

I usually love the food from here. Tonight was terrible! Over 2 hrs to deliver our cold and incorrect order. Was offered to have the mistakes sorted but we’re still waiting….. If you have so many orders that you can’t deliver the food hot and correctly then you need to switch off online ordering until you can catch up !
