I’m absolutely livid with these people ordered food last night and when the girl called to confirm it with me it was wrong we was selecting option no as we thought it was to add extras on top of what we ordered so cancelled the order. Tonight I had to use the laptop to order as it wouldn’t go through on my phone their system is obviously faulty as we selected sides sauces cheese for our burgers large kebab meal deal. When it arrived the chips was missing also the cheese off our burgers. Called the shop to sort it out and was passed around the staff not wanting to rectify the problem. I returned the food to the shop and showed them I cannot login on my phone yet still placed blame on me also refusing to refund me my money so I demanded cash and was then told I’ll might get a refund after they was going to fight with my boyfriend

We was not racist at all you kept telling me to call the police but there was no need to call them on my behalf you asked my boyfriend to leave the shop which he did and asked you to not speak to me the way you was as it was totally disrespectful and yes I had to shout as there was so much going on for me to be heard but you was in the wrong as chips was missing and there was no cheese on the burgers I’ve contacted the Dine Order company and they have confirmed your app is the old version and they are calling me regarding this and issuing my refund due to your mistakes

Sorry but the standard of this place has dropped considerably. The cheapest ingredients are used for maximum profit margins. The cooking standard is appalling and the food is bland, tasteless and either over or under cooked. The pizza is barely edible. Not impressed as this place was once top quality when first opened.

Absolutely AWFUL. fancied a change from the usual kebab and what a mistake. food was late, when it arrived it was not edible, In fact It went straight in bin, even dogs wouldn't eat it and that's saying something coz they'll eat anything. Very very pale meat and just didn't look nice. won't be ordering from here again.

I received my order and there was 5 strands of hair in my food, long black curly hair. I know it is not mine as no one in my household has long black hair or even brown hair. I am absolutely disgusted with it!

Visited recently, and no complaints.
Pizzas were great. Slightly interesting having square pizzas, but it makes sense in square boxes!
Chips were decent. Garlic bread was lush, and onion rings were decent. Enjoyed all we had.
Ordering online was extremely easy, and the food was ready as soon as I walked in. The staff were ace, extremely friendly. Place looked clean (wasn't in there for long as food was ready right away!), and to top it off, the prices were extremely reasonable. 4 pizzas, plus various chips and several other bits on the side was about £45 (4 people) which is average, and the quality matched the price.
Overall no issues with the food, and very satisfied.

The only tricky bit was finding somewhere to dump the car while I popped in to collect, but that wasn't a major issue! Especially if you're local you'll be fine

The food is ok .delivery time is terrible 2:30 waiting time so if won’t food at 8:30 order it at 6.
