Pizza Point & BBQ

Cancelled our order as we waited over 2 hours usually good service but 2 1/2 hours is taking the mick. Leaving your phone off the hook didn't help was most, annoying after 42 attempt to get through 😖

Shocking! Called up and ordered a couple of kebabs at 7.30 over the phone. Waited an hour and tried calling back to see how long the food was going to be - line was constantly engaged and didn’t get an answer. Food never turned up - bitterly disappointed - and quite frankly awful service. If you can’t fulfil your orders don’t take them - so your perspective customers are not sat around for hours waiting for food that never arrives. Shocking.

We ordered from Pizza Point twice in the last month and sadly on both times the order has taken over an hour and a half to arrive.

On the first occasion we rang after an hour and half and were asked to go and collect the pizza. We did receive the £1 delivery charge as a refund but no good will gesture was offered.

We gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again this evening. We placed the order at 8pm, at 9pm we rang to ask about the order only to be told it will arrive in 20 minutes. At 9:45pm there was still no order and the phone line was engaged. We then decided to go to the shop to cancel the order after several failed attempts to ring through, to which I found out was because the phone had been taken off the hook.

At the shop the chef was quite abrupt and rude when stating that the order was just about to leave the shop. Again no good will gesture was offered and this time the order took 2 hours.

I must add however that the delivery driver is very friendly and is run off his feet most night, this is the only reason I have given an extra star.

Cleanest kebab shop or food establishment in general I've been in. Good quality, fresh salad. Friendly staff and decent prices. A little more than other local kebab shops but something I'm happy to pay knowing how clean and tidy everything is.

Waited for 2 hours and 15 minutes for our delivery called twice to be assured that it was on the way (ALL LIES) 15 minutes later still NO PIZZA. Called and cancelled and lo and behold pizza hadn't even been sent out. Would never order from them again. Only gave 1 star as can't give zero stars.

Food has never been too bad here but the most recent order contained four children's meals that come with a lollypop. When my ten year old tried to open his the wrapper split to reveal another underneath from Saudi Arabian Airways with a best before date of January 2016. All four lollys were over six years out of date. Phoned the owner to tell him and was told its not his fault he bought them like that which I understand but to be told he opened loads and they were fine so he wouldn't be binning them is a bit much. Won't order from here again.

Avoid at all costs!
If you like to wait for over 2 hours for a delivery and be fobbed off with a kids size pizza instead of the one originally ordered then carry on.
Will never get a penny from me again....

Ordered food at nine oclock. It's now gone eleven pm.and still waiting. Most unreliable food place to order from.and I live in ferndale and their excuses are they buzy. Lol. Never will order again from ere
