Lovely place. Very friendly people and nicely decorated. Large selection of desserts waffle and crepe toppings so nice!

Great priced food, awesome place and really good tea.

This is the place to go in Newport if you are addicted to waffles. You can order one from the menu or just create your own and at is reasonably priced, compared to other "brands" I would even say it is half price and hundred times more amazing. Staff is always friendly too.
They have cakes and wraps / sandwiches too so ideal if you just want a quick bite.

Nice relaxing atmosphere, cosy seating options. PLENTY to choose from on the waffle /pancake menu & the portions could comfortably feed 2 people (unless you want to overdose on sugar 😊). Very nice coffee - again plenty of choice ,& fantastic milkshakes (if the vanilla is anything to go by ). I wasn't expecting to find them serving savoury food also, so was delighted with the omelette from the menu which was served with 2 slices of doorstop toast. Would I go back for more? Yes, already have. Would I recommend it to anyone? Without hesitation - Coffee Thirst ticks all the boxes - great food, great drinks, relaxing atmosphere, lovely staff, reasonably priced , i forgot to mention they deliver also!
Only downside is the toilet, and it is 1 toilet at the bottom of the stairs ( which are not expected immediately upon opening the door ) in the basement which reminds me of what I can only describe as an old dungeon, however this is not enough to lose any stars over

Have been a loyal customer for about a year, the food is fantastic, however after placing a pre order today and the order being messed up I rang to get it corrected to which I was told after calling back and forth my order will not be rectified due to the fact that "my staff are like family and would not lie to me". I placed the call and was answered by a female member of staff who passed me onto a Male member of staff to take my order all was fine. The manager has confirmed that a Male member of staff was in, I then get told that I was a liar and the female staff member took my order. As I rang the store, how can I possibly know that there was a Male staff member working. The attitude I was given by the Manager of this establishment was appalling and I will never order from them again.

Terrible portion size and way over priced the people on the phone need to listen correctly to your order and a delivery charge of £4 was added when I literally live across the road from the restaurant never ever again will I order from here not worth one penny

Lovely little place to enjoy a nice dessert. Food is always fresh and tasty and drinks are always amazing in flavour. It can be a bit expensive on certain items but don't let that throw you off. The flavour and size of the proportions are well worth the price.

Great and fast service. I ordered the kinder Buenos cookie dough and must say its the best cookie dough I've had. Not you sickly soft in the middle with crispy edges. Will definitely order again.
