Domino's Pizza - Swansea - Fforest-fach

Domino's used to be better! I have ordered 2 large Veggi Supreme pizzas, when I opened the boxes at home, I found one of them has no cheese on it!

Terrible! Staff are rude and will lie to cover for their poor customer service. I ordered to collect and waited 30 minutes with no other customers in store before despite being able to see my pizza was ready the entire time, I cancelled the order rather than wait longer. When I complained to their customer service about it I got a reply saying they were banning me because their staff made up allegations of abuse when confronted with the complaint. After that I wouldn't trust them to prepare my food!

Called and asked about prices as they seemed oddly high online and they don't apply the same deals as for collections even though due to current situation collection is not possible. Tried to chargw me £40 for 2 pizzas. Whoever picked up saod they're not sure so i asked if they can find out from somebody in charge, i was put on hold and after few seconds they hung up. Dissapointing..,.

I only have dominos delivered but I would like to review this dominos here even though I never go to a domino pizza place before and the tomato and the cheese pizza are lovely including the potato wedges! And the ham and pineapple pizza are real good!😋

The image speaks for its self, this happens 8/10 times from this specific dominos, the staff need better training.

If I could choose 0 stars I would. I called politely to inform the store that my order of cookies had not been delivered. I was not annoyed at this, I was just hoping that making a phone call was the right thing to do. Shortly after I expressed my concerns, I was hung up on, I suggest the young male who answered should be reminded that attitude towards customers is a very important part of his job.

I order from here once or twice a month and have done so over the past years. Never had a problem. The food is always good and it arrives in good time. Never, ever experienced problems in all the years I've ordered from here.

great staff !!! thanks for accept my reclamation ... first pizza was Little bit burned ,so decide make complain ... 2nd coming great with extras offered by store ,
will make complain every week then :-))hahaha
