Appalling customer service! Ordered off just eat 2 pizzas (amongst other bits) 1 pizza was wrong, missing mushrooms and only had garlic on. Called the restaurant to explain there was a mistake to be spoken to disgustingly told I was a liar and to stop drinking. Told me he was the chef and knew exactly what he put on there. Hung up on me when I tried to explain that my order was incorrect. And then called me up when I asked just eat for refund and gave me abuse because I'd requested a refund!!

Never order from here. They took payment for delivery and never delivered the food. Spoke to someone the next day, who said "they will deliver the food he next night." After waiting and waiting and after several phone calls, they were very rude and then said they wouldn't be delivering the food......it is tough!!. How disgusting!!

I cannot believe how amazing this shop is ☺️☺️☺️☺️ we have delivery and collection all the time they are the best in my opinion around!!! The customer service is is beyond reproach they are always so helpful and friendly I cannot recommend them enough And to all thank you for working so hard and risking your safety in theses times please stay safe .

Tried to order earlier at nearly 5pm. Man couldn’t take the order kept getting it wrong! Then said they don’t deliver to Bournville yet have delivered here loads before in the past 😂😂 don’t waste your time order from somewhere else!! Not having our £ again bye 👋

Never Never ever ordering from here again my coleslaw was spicy kebab was cold and disgusting I have food posinging of the kebab meat Never again! Would definitely NOT recommend

I would never ever plan on ordering from this place again, picked up food a few times and never been exactly terrible but this time I had received soaking wet onion rings, soggy chips and a kebab that managed to look starved. Not to mention the extra drinks I placed on the order and never received, I can assure that this place will not be open for long and I hope to see a much better kebab shop in the near future, appalling for a place of business tk let down customers on such a regular basis. Especially with the prices so extorsionately high, never again 0/10!
