Express Pizza & Kebab

so disappointed, we have ordered food twice in a few days & 1st time there was a delay of about 45 mins, no apologies nothing, ordered again tonight & the food was really poor, cold and an even longer wait tonight (1 hour plus past estimated delivery time) when rung both times the excuses were 'he is just leaving' like how do they even know who we are, what our orders are etc, such a joke!
we have been using this establishment for a very long time, not anymore, so disappointed!!!

The only 1 star review I have EVER made!! Disgusting food and disgusting treatment from the staff. I ordered a chicken shish which is seen as a healthier option for those trying to lose or maintain their weight. If you are one of those people, do not order from here!! 6 syns is counted for the oil used in prepping and cooking, usually anyway, this kebab arrived with around 20 syns covering it and in the bottom of the dish. So much so that they even lined the tray with grease proof paper, it was bitterly salty to the point I couldn't eat it, the pitta was taken out of the packet, wrapped up and put in the bag unheated and uncut and the sweetcorn was sour as hell!! They're using produce that has been open too long and I suspect they're using lemon juice to preserve it for longer. I have 15 years experience in kebab shops both prepping and cooking all items and a lot longer being a customer and I've never seen or tasted anything so offensive or unhealthy!! Rang to complain and all they did was deny, deny, deny!!

The food is lovely and it has fast delivery and very fresh i highly recommend this, The new staff are very friendly, hygiene is 💯

Shocking over 2 hours delivery. Called and not even left shop total joke.

Do not order from here. Ordered last night on über and our food didn’t turn up. I phoned today to ask about my order and was told I must have wrong telephone number in my Uber account it was correct. They said the food was put in the bin and they will not refund me of send the same order out. The man on the phone was rude and put the phone down on me.

unfortunately you lost customer tonight. We waited for food almost 2 hrs! and came cold. That’s not first time delivery is so late. Shame as we really liked it before!

Fantastic pizza, chips and mozzarella sticks. I will definitely be ordering again.
