Really disappointed! Had my nails 2 weeks today and two have already broke off while doing nothing! A couple more were cracking!

My wife and I attended this parlour to get her nails done and I was told several times to get up from the chair even though we were the only ones in there.The same nail technicians (one man and one woman) kept moving around chairs instead of doing my wife's nails. They spoke with a bad attitude and were pushing and pulling my wife's hands viciously to get the job done quicker. Her nails had scratches on them after they had finished. I would recommend they get new nail technicians that treat their customers with respect.

I have been using this salon for over 15 years and in that time the staff have always been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I feel like part of the salon family when I walk in and I’m instantly called by my name and for me working in the customer service industry being recognised as a valued customer is extremely important to me. Juliet and her team are always very knowledgeable and inform me of any new iffers or promotions they have and update me on the latest creams out etc. I would highly recommend this salon to my friends and family and I have. I would also like to mention Timmy and lily the nail techs who again are always friendly and greet me when I come to the salon. Keep up the amazing work Juliet and team.

Just a note to show my appreciation towards Sunbathers Chelmsford. I am a longstanding customer here - my custom is driven by the clean environment and reliable sunbeds; the prices are within my price range with a number of deals and services available. I will always use Sunbathers Chelmsford for these reasons, but most importantly for Juliette & her lovely staff. They are always friendly and make me feel welcome. Sunbathers Chelmsford isn't my most local sunbathing salon, but I would never use anywhere else.

My nails hurt... the person who did my nails told me I WASNT allowed them any shorter or more narrow because “they wouldn’t look nice”. I stopped them half way through because I really wasn’t happy with the service and they still charged me for a full set. They argued with me because I wasn’t happy and wanted my money back. They said all they can do is try to make them better (which they could of done to start with)... still unhappy and my nails are very uneven. Poor customer skills

The sunbed room was absolutely filthy dirty. I’m not sure when if ever that room had ever been cleaned properly. The waste bin was overflowing. I have never visited a saloon that was so dirty and to add insult to injury they weren’t busy. I won’t ever go back and certainly couldn’t say anything positive in its favour. The receptionist looked really shocked when I told her - I just don’t know how they couldn’t see the grim along the rim of the sunbed ! It certainly doesn’t deserve a 1 star rating !!!
