First time going to a beauty shop and also first time having lash extensions. I contacted them on Fb just on of chance they had a space for me she said sorry nothing this week I explained I was going to a wedding friday just thought I'd try I didn't think anymore of it then she messaged me the day after with a cancellation. How nice was that?. I got there a lovely lady shown me the place I needed to be which was good then the young girl doing my lashes explained everything in full asked if I'd have a nice day at work she was lovely. Then the manager came up stairs making sure I was ok . The lashes was lovely then the manager messaged me to see how my lashes was I wasn't shocked because all the ladies was lovely but how kind is that you wouldn't get that in most places they have your money and that's it. Thank you 5 stars xx

Iv been to all sunbeds in the surrounding area , heatwaves is the best by far , been coming here now for years , always upgrading beds and having them re tubed,staff are friendly and helpful , it’s spotless and clean , Nancy is a absolute Gem and cannot do enough for you , always come out satisfied xxx

I have used the tanning beds for years, the standard of hygiene and refurb to accommodate optimum hygeine is above and beyond any other tanning shop I’ve used over years.
Great offers and personalised service each customer is treat as the individuals they are!
Also had semi perminant lashes again excellent service.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else now for Botox or lip fillers either, the standard is set very high at very competitive prices 💕
