Unsure why there are stroppy reviews, I go here quite regularly have been looked after by all the different staff ,and the girls are lovely and helpful.
Always clean and if you book an appointment the beds always ready on time.
The interaction from what I've observed is always really friendly with all the customers.
I enjoy going here and have taken my daughter too and she had a great experience too.
I've been here repeatedly and the staff are great and warm definitely pop in.

Recently moved to the area and love this tanning shop. The girls that work here are so lovely and professional. I accidentally left some jewellery and they kept it safe for me. Great beds, amazing service and always get a slot. Can’t recommend them enough!

Got sunburns (not terrible ones, but I'm still red 48 hours after) from the Sun Angel machine which was supposed to adapt to my skin and give me the exact amount of UV to *not* get sunburn

Best tanning shop, lovely staff, strongest lamps around that don't burn even after 11 minutes. No wait time since they changed the slots to 20. An all round great customer experience.

Expensive at £25 and mix up with pricing when I went there as showed £20 on website being a Thursday and cheaper rate but I was challenged to pay £25 have kept receipt so will print off that price to show them

I'm a noob at the whole sun bed thing, but the sales assistant was really knowledgeable and gave useable and helpful advice. Good selection of oils and foams for you to make the most out of each minute. Finally price, there was a flash sale on for the minutes which was a nice surprise, additional minutes for free. There's also a couple of promotions on the foams and oils etc. Would recommend. 69 more minutes to go

I use this branch and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Staff are friendly and greet me using my name and are always helpful, even when they are very busy. Zara is amazing ,professional and very kind manager . If I’m running late or can’t get there for the time I’ve booked they will try and accommodate me for a later time. I never have any complaints when I visit and look forward to my little bit of time out on the sunbed. Another plus point is the cleanliness of the place, I see them regularly cleaning and making sure the beds are thoroughly sanitised. I would highly recommend this store.
