Inferno Tanning - Solarium

I visited today for the first time as I wanted a SunBed and not a stand up tanning unit. I am so glad I did. The service was warm and welcoming and the SunBed was amazing. There were lots of extras like a towel to wipe your face and a sweet on the bed awaiting you. Body spray was also there for your use. I will definitely be using this salon from now on.

I haven't used the sunbed myself but my girlfriend does, there's a nice atmosphere and the staff is chatty which make my waiting time more pleasurable. The place is clean and will use it one day.

Lovely place to go and relax, the personnel is very friendly and helpful, the place is clean and we'll decorated, beds are cleaned after every single customer and there are lots of creams available to buy depends on your needs.

The best tanning shop in Aylesbury. Very Clean, friendly, professional, lamps are being changed on regular basis. Couldnt recommend more. Plus great hairdresser, beautician and nail technician upstairs!

Worst customer service I have ever had from anywhere, period. Lady at the desk was rude and grumpy. She told me the wait was 5 minutes, after 15 minutes of waiting I still was not on a sunbed. A woman who turned up 10 minutes after me got on the sunbed before me. Do not go to this shop.

Very abrupt when I asked if I could use today a straight no !! Not sorry can I make you a appointment!! Fine you don’t need my money

Staff very polite, make recommendations on how long to go on for. Beds are clean and hot, and had a lovely tan when I came out. Great service, will be back :)
