Fantastic new standing sunbeds. Staff are friendly and reasonably priced.

Only tried sunbeds but very modern and staff friendly

I moved here from London and I tried all the sunbed shops , Sunday’s tanning beds are the best really hot tubes also really Nice and clean shop..Recommended 5 stars x

Very bad service. Robbed of minutes and money. Nobody is helpful

Went in with my card. Told the notes internally don’t match the card as well as my card was not recorded right.

Paid on 7th may. Was never added to my card internally.
Was asked to leave my card behind as Vanessa had done this a lot and was leaving due to this

When I returned I explained they kept my card to show. Which actually showed 50 minutes remaining and a new course paid for on 7th. Nothing showing on internal docs. They said they didn’t have my card anymore and my record still showed I needed to pay!!!! WHAT

Not impressed won’t be returned. Just pay money and don’t get anything in return!

So I paid for a course on May 7th which was never added to my internal documents - this was paid to Vanessa. She then added the wrong amount of minutes to the card I take home without noting it internally.

When I went in, I spoke to a lady who explained Vanessa was leaving due to this mistake and wanted to keep hold of my card to show her the next day.

Upon my return a week later, I explained they had kept my card to show Vanessa. The girl explained that I was actually in minus when in fact I have 60 minutes remaining which I have paid for. She could not find my card that had been kept behind for reference when speaking to Vanessa.

I am not out of pocket due to this tanning shop and I am really not impressed.

Do what you like with this information but I won’t be returning since I feel like I’ve actually been robbed of minutes and nobody is very helpful.

I go every other day sunbed are Brill l love them and cheap to East Yorkshire fire service
