I got both my nostrils pierced by Maddie and she was amazing! Really talked me through the process and explained a lot. Constant making sure I was okay and felt fine. Maddie also gave me advice on my other existing piercings that had developed keloids. Keloids are almost impossible to get rid of yourself but Maddie gave me amazing advice and they have shrunk so much! Definitely going back to her for a consultation for my other piercings and for any future ones! MADDIE IS A GENIUS!!!!!! Piercing Goddess ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hannah did a best job and done it quick and neatly. Great conversation. Best tattoo shop in Norwood. I would recommend to anyone , even my partner, hopefully to get her first tattoo.

Excellent shop, felt very welcome there! Maddy was so sweet and calmed me right down before piercing both my nose and ear! All in all a great way to spend my lunch break.

Maddy is a total sweetheart I went in today as my forward helix stud had fallen out two weeks ago I wasn't sure if the piercing had already closed. Unfortunately I had a bad experience elsewhere when getting this pierced but today Maddy reassured me with her amazing experience as a piercer and she was able to put in a new stud for me with zero pain thank you so much and I look forward to coming back for my inner conch. Hannah was my artist and I absolutely love my tattoos I was a last minute walk in and she dealt with me very quickly politely was very patient with me. Made me feel very comfortable and relaxed not one dull moment very pleased worth every penny ! thank you ! :)

Got my belly button pierced and the piercer was very professional and helpful! They Made me feel comfortable and guided me through every step including the aftercare, also keep the conversation flowing and was a great chat. Definitely recommend.

Had the best experience with George today! From the consultation to the end he made me feel so secure & safe about everything. He even told me positive affirmations when he could see how much pain I was in! He kept letting me know that if I ever want a break it was absolutely fine & was just all round a lovely person to have some work done by.

Also being a black woman I've had some nasty experiences, & he wasn't uncomfortable to talk about this & the differences between skin types & colours, so this meant alot to me!

The manager even offered to buy me a coffee too. Literally the best service, clean, friendly, not to mention how beautiful the tattoo is!

Cannot recommend enough ☺️
