Great experience for my first time, the shop was clean and tidy, Tea/Coffee provided, Sean the owner was spot on with my tattoo and Tyler done a great job on my piercing both very professional, My tattoo and piercing are both healing well with the after care they told me to do, highly recommended 😁

Really disappointed with my piercings from here. They were uneven, the piercer marked positions on my ears without measuring them and didn't even pierce on the areas that she marked. Also they used disposable piercing guns, which I have discovered professional studios don't use as they prefer to use needles. I called them and left a message hoping to hear back about if it would be possible to fix this, but received no response so I decided to leave a review.

Went in for a nose ring and was told they didn't have it in stock

Looked myself and found it!
Went back a couple months later for the same one, only to be told its impossible I brought it from there.
Was very rude and almost made me feel like I was crazy. I have the day and time and pictures of when I brought the nose ring yet the man insisted I didn't buy it from there

I've been going to steel beauty for for almost 15 years and I don't know who has taken over now but the customer service is astonishing in addition to the fact they don't know their stock. Sad to say I won't be going there again

Very happy with the service provided. I had my conch pierced by a gentleman called Sean. He was absolutely brilliant I’ve had no complications after my piercing and seems to be healing well. Just a question I would like to know what size the bar is Just so I can order the right size going forward when I decide to change? I will be visiting again. Thank you !

I've been going here since I was 18 and Sean has done all of my tattoos. Always love seeing him, he's Professional, knows what he's been doing and has been doing it for donkeys years. I always recommend Sean to everyone I know. My husband also gets his tattoos with Sean.
