Friendly, professional and accommodating. From the initial video consultation, he was able to give good advice on how the procedure will go, and patiently answered all of the questions that I had. When we had the SMP sessions, he was kind and reassuring, and this gave me greater confidence of his skills and capabilities. Even after the 3 sessions, he accepted my request for a touch-up work, which shows his commitment to customer satisfaction. In all, highly recommended.

Just recently completed my SMP training course held by the super talented Alex James and lovely Dawn. It was so nice to finally meet them both in person after talking over the phone for the weeks leading up to the course, both Alex and Dawn made me feel so welcome and at ease. The introduction is the best I have ever experienced in my 20+YEARS, I could feel how passionate they both felt about wanting me to succeed and achieve my goal. They are remarkable the best tutors. So after some deliberation and after discovering the world of SMP (having lost my hair many,many years ago) I had a consultation with Alex who immediately made me feel completely at ease with something that for some,could be very daunting. Questions I asked myself were,how would it look? Would it suit me? Could it go wrong? Would I be worried about colleague's reactions after the treatment? Could Alex work to a bespoke treatment if required? Would it be painful? What pre and post treatment care would I require? All the answers to these were positive following my initial,informal chat - no hard sell here.His clinic (a room in his house which has been converted) is of a very,high standard,well presented and clean.He has examples of his work on the walls. I initially booked in for 3-4 sessions which are approximately 2.5 hours each time. Alex would explain where he was up to after each session and was happy to answer any further questions I may have had.The sessions fly by.I had a further top-up session as I wanted to go slightly darker to match my skin tone and this was offered at a massively,reduced rate - some services were quoting double the cost for the same treatment.His prices are more than reasonable and you only need to check the market out to confirm this. I'm very happy with the end result.If anyone is thinking of having the SMP done,just go for it - you'll feel better about yourself and much more confident. I wouldn't say it's life changing,however it will give you a buzz to match your new buzz cut ! And lastly,Alex is a fab guy,really down to earth,extremely approachable and makes you feel at ease right from the start.

The trainers are so knowledgeable and helpful to ensure you get the most out of the training.
