Sadly I have to redact my previous review. It’s been a painful few months since having had 3 piercings here. I followed all the aftercare rules, spoke to plenty of staff here for advice and yet was still getting terrible irritation/ infections. I was told by a doctor to switch to titanium, rather than the surgical steel they pierce with here and one of the girls switched the earrings for me in store - a service I paid for.

Months went by and my ears were still highly irritated so I went to a different piercer who investigated the earrings and confirmed it was not actually titanium, it was surgical steel which had started to turn green! Titanium does not discolor.

Thankfully my ears have finally begun to settle with the new jewelry but I’m unbelievably disappointed at the service I received at this studio. What a mess! They’ve caused me incredible amounts of pain, all because they lied about selling me titanium. I cannot stress enough to anyone considering a piercing - please do not go here. You should be able to trust your piercer!

Had my tattoo done by Monty, was amazing he took his time to ensure the placement of the tattoo stencil was correct before commiting to inking, and to my surprise it didn't hurt as much as I thought. Monty made me feel at ease during the whole process. Shout out to all the staff too. Thank you I'm over the moon with my new ink. 😁 100/ recomment

Monty was amazing to do a tattoo of my darling girl we lost about two weeks ago. It means so much to me and I can't thank Monty enough for this beautiful reminder of my girl or his wonderful friendly manner and professionalism. This was pretty spur of the moment as we were on a short break visiting Canterbury, so I feel lucky to have gotten it done. All the girls were so very friendly and helpful. If this weremy local, I would happily use them again.

6 piercings between here and their other canterbury studio and I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff are the highlight of this business as they are always so friendly and knowledgeable in what they are talking about.

I actually had a bad experience turned into a great experience which I think is the real mark of good customer service. When I first went in for new jewelry, I had someone a bit rough with my piercing in the fitting. So when I went back later to complain and return the new jewelry, the person I spoke with, Chloe, actually helped explain that my initial piercing (done at a different studio) was in the wrong spot and that’s why my fitting was painful. To make up for the bad experience she gave me new jewelry a size up, and redid my piercing in the correct spot free of charge. I’m very happy with the service and the new piercing definitely feels right. Thanks Chloe!

Had a fantastic experience at Zink with my daith piercing (which I was a little nervous about) staff are warm and friendly yet professional and confident, which helped to put me at ease. I've since been back for two further piercings - navel and rook. Will be returning for a nose piercing, highly recommended, no issues! Thanks guys! :)
