Undertone Tattoo

Lou has been working on my arm for 4 months now this was a new experience for me.
When I first entered the shop.
Lou made me feel comfortable and at ease right away.
She offers a really professional service she is a fantastic aritist and her designs have a lot of thought and effort put into them.
If you ask for something its above and beyond to deliver it...very considerate polite and kind I would highly recommend.

Always get my Piercings and Tattoos done here, the girl who does them is amazing, so thoughtful, always checking in throughout, full of helpful information on aftercare. I have never had a problem with any of the things she has done for me and have even gone to her with piercings I’ve had that she didn’t do that went bad, she is always amazing and I can’t wait for my next Tattoo!!!

I’ve gotten a few tattoos in Undertone and also my septum done. I was nervous at first but was put at ease straight away by Lou (the piecer) and I don’t plan on going anywhere else. Amazing atmosphere and brilliant staff

I got my D&D tattoo done here and I’m in love with it. The artist I had (Lou) was so nice and warming they were amazing, looking forward to coming back here with another design in mind 👀

This place needs shutting down. The lady butcherd my daughters ear, she was in so much pain when she was trying to ram the stud through her ear. This was on her birthday and she had been looking forward to getting her ears done for ages, she has traumatised her and was crying for ages. She has no idea what she's doing. We walked out and would not let her carry on, her ear was dripping with blood as she was ramming the earing in it. She has literally traumatised her for something that should have been so simple and quick. I've only just got over the shock of what happened myself as an adult so God knows what my daughter felt like. Stay away from her and don't go there they ain't got a clue. And I will be reporting.
