Booked a taxi at 7.15am this morning 15.03.2022 and our driver turned up early. Car large enough for 2 suitcases and 1 hand luggage plus 2 bags. My mother was going to the train station. 5 stars for excellent service, very helpful driver and arriving early (both ends). My mother was sitting comfortably on her train with plenty of time to spare. Would highly recommend ABC as when I booked the night before the lady was very polite and helpful. Fare was £8.50 which was very reasonable.

Have used ABC consistently over the last year to get in and out of Norwich since moving closer to the area. Have always had brilliant service from them and no issues whatsoever. We usually have a lovely gentleman called Mark that is now a bit more familiar with us and makes a real effort to have a proper conversation, and remembers us every time. We also recently had a brilliant journey with the wonderful Josef who is amongst one of the warmest, friendliest people we have ever met, the kind of person you hope to one day meet again! There’s not always availability, especially on busy weekends, but once booked, your taxi is guaranteed and reliable. I have previously booked taxis through less reliable companies, who have “no problem” with availability but then fail to actually turn up on time or at all. ABC’s sometimes limited availability means that they can deliver incredible service to those who have booked in advance and ensure you can trust them to turn up on time. Always our go-to taxi rank.

Really unimpressed. Booked a taxi for 9:45pm 20/11/22, taxi driver arrived at the station 9:40pm. I called the ABC company and they said it’s fine as my booking is 9:45pm. I get to the taxi at 9:51pm (assuming 10 minute wait policy is being abided) for the booking to be canceled in front of me by the driver. I understand the driver’s frustration albeit it was a few minutes, as it was a Sunday night and he may have had other bookings. HOWEVER, I Called the operator at 21:57 to ask for advice on how to avoid this from happening again. Was barked down over the phone, POOR customer service, had to ask the worker if they will allow me to speak or not. I was so stunned as I have used this company for the past 3 years and have never dealt with anyone so rude, I felt so frustrated as I felt like I wasn’t being heard. Employees should be protected especially during a cost of living crisis, but talking to people like rubbish will definitely help to lose loyal customers. I am for this to be investigated further as no one should be dealt in this way at all. I was lucky that I had friends to pick me up, imagine if this was a young girl by herself late at night!

Friendly and polite drivers a key ingredient to a good trip. Reliable, and with the updated App is easy to use and track your ride. Let's hope with the recent sale the new owners continue to invest in the driver and customer experience

Absolutely faultless. Excellent service from start to finish. Super friendly drivers, turned up exactly on time, no worries with details as I had a WhatsApp message with all my times, addresses and reg numbers.

Booked a taxi from railway station to day. I was within the 10 minute window they stated at the time of booking. When I got to my cab the driver was nowhere to be seen. When he turned up he told me the booking had been cancelled as I was late. I later phoned the company to ask for clarification as I couldn't understand what happened. The operator was unbelievably rude and told me the 10 minute window was for them not for me. I explained that I always use them and usually find the service very good. He just kept talking over me and wouldn't listen to anything I said. A real shame as I have completely lost trust in them as a firm and as a woman often travelling on my own, I need a company I can rely on who won't cancel bookings (without even telling me). I won't be using them again.

Exemplary service over this Christmas. Booked 4 cabs, all turned up on time at the price agreed when booking. All drivers were super cool and friendly. Will definitely use them again.

Ordered our taxi at a very busy time of year.
An accident on the road home further ahead of us and our driver managed to easily avoid the congestion and knew shortcuts.
Got back basically at the same time.
Great service, and I should add that he also turned up earlier than our quoted time slot.
