Never use them ..came 1 hour late..i kept ringing them and was promised it will be with me in 5 or ten minutes.. I was so stressed as I had to collect my little boys age 8 and 5. They didnt care. Never again..this was too stressful and not reliable.

I booked max taxi from the airport for my dad. About an hour and a half later, the taxi went to pick him up. Every time I called customer service, they said the driver would arrive in 10 minutes. I still don't understand how the 10-minute road took an hour and a half.

Easy to book, friendly drivers, good price.

Called to book, the lady failed to book it in, and then called again and was told would only be a minute. Had to cancel after 20 extra minutes and still my cab wasn't here. Really bad one. Second experience, the driver took me to a wrong place and delayed my clock in at work...no apologies, nothing

Half an hour late and missed my train. Driver was the worst driver ever. Got his licence out of a lucky bag. Avoid

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Firstly the booking system over the phone is horrendous and takes forever! Then after finally booking a taxi for a specified time, as we had meal booked elsewhere, it didn't arrive on time and after 10 minutes I contacted them and was told "they were busy" but no apology was given! I explained we had a meal booked and needed them asap! Then we made another phonecall as still no taxi after 30 minutes! After being given the impression there was no taxi on route, we cancelled it and booked another one with another company that arrived in 10 minutes albeit still late for our meal!!! Thanks for nothing!

Booked a taxi and was told 10mins for arrival called back 20minutes later to be told in a rude manner that they are busy and will be another 15minutes. why not advice at the original booking that theres no cab available so we can book elsewhere. 56minutes after booking the cab arrived
Thankfully called another taxi before then who arrived in 10mins and got me home.

Booked a taxi with estimated arrival time of 15 to 20 mins. No taxi after 30 mins. Called back to be told it would be another 20 mins. No apology or explanation. I cancelled and used another company.
