A Star Taxi's Gloucester

Booked a taxi and was told 45 minutes to wait. Waited 50-55 and rang back to see where it was and it hadn’t been booked onto the system. The man I spoke to was nice and arranged for one to be sent to me straight away. But the driver then took a longer route and then started picking somebody else up as I was still in the taxi.
I wouldn’t use this taxi service again and would not recommend

We had a minibus for 7 collect us from Elmore at 1am. Great communication prior. We get to near where we were staying when my 84yr old mother announced she had left her room key at Elmore. Our amazing driver dropped off and then took us back to get the key! He was amazing ! Thank you. We would highly recommend this company.

Abdul, Taxi Driver number 18 picked my son up from School home about n hour's drive. My son has Autism so was feeling quite nervous. Abdul made him feel safe and even let my son charge his phone as he was worried his battery would die shortly. He was then able to stay on line with us which made him feel even safer. My son enjoyed the drive . Thank you, Henrietta.

The best service I have ever received. Funny, polite and the most patient man. Great conversation and I can't thank you enough! Didn't catch the drivers name, but great service so please pass on our thanks for getting us home safe.

First time using this company..
The telephone operator was very friendly and helpful when I called to make the booking.
I received a text to confirm the booking and another text later to advise that the taxi driver was en route.
The taxi driver was punctual and very pleasant. Nothing to fault so I will be using A Star Taxis going forward. :)

Really welcoming team, in their office (when I called) and lovely driver. Ive just arrived home for Xmas & the traffic is vile but my driver was so patient and friendly. That’s important to me and makes all the difference in whether I’d use a service again. Which I definitely will! Thanks so much guys

This cab was great. Friendly, chatty and knew where he was going. African guy, didn't get his name. The previous Asian guy, my friend had to give him directions? 90% happy. Will still use👍

1st class service, prompt & reliable, I had a very friendly helpful chatty driver who made the journey more enjoyable 10/10.
