Ordered taxi early hours around 1.20 am was told 15 mins after nearly 30 mins of waiting decided would be quicker to walk home I was almost home and taxi finally turned up at the destination it was meant to pick me up from, bearing in mind it takes 15-20 mins to walk terrible customer service especially leaving a female waiting out on the streets for nearly 40 mins

Just used these guys for the first time, actually never needed to order a taxi in my life before so first taxi experience! Due to my car breakdown and not wanting to bother my parents in the middle of the night tried this company through my cousins referral. This is a geniune review.Have to say was a bit worried after reading the reviews and that it's freezing tonight. My first experience was excellent!! The taxi came within 10 minutes when the guy on the phone said 10 to 15 mins or more so that was great, had 2 text messages confirming car reg number and pickup / drop off details , which I was very impressed with. Driver was smartly dressed, had excellent,friendly customer service, polite and alert for the middle of the night. If I ever need to order a taxi , I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them. Brilliant work and keep up the good work!

Worst service I’ve received in a while. Booked can for 8.45. Then at 8.45 instead of taxi being here I get a text to say the cab has just been despatched. Which basic common sense would suggest if you to go somewhere at the time you’re meant to be there then you will be late. Cab shows up 25 mins late like it’s the most normal thing in the world. Guy on phone claimed there was traffick at my hotel that cause lateness....despite me being outside and seeing ZERO traffick. I only used this company as my other firm didn’t have cars. I’ll never use them again. Time is important to people and this company clearly doesn’t grasp that. Can journey was fine...but that’s not that hard. But the lateness was unforgivable. Absolute amateurs.
