Station Taxis

Had same driver too and from airport. The car was first class very posh and clean. The driver was very polite and helpful. We tried to give him a tip on our last trip. But he wouldn't except it. We was very insistent that he took it, but so was he that there's no need. First class service and will definitely use again.

I left my phone in the taxi this morning, so I quickly phoned the company and the driver came back straight away to give it to me. Incredible and friendly service!

Do not use them. Expensive and they are not giving proper information about the payment options. Usually they only accept cash. Recommend to call other taxi company with card payment option instead of using them.

This was my first & LAST time using this company. I would give no stars if I could, after having received a text to say that the car had arrived I was out ready to meet the driver 3 minutes after the text had been sent. No car. I gave them the benefit of the doubt & I waited for my car with the reg number ready to hop in but nothing. I gave up & started to walk to my destination instead, on route I called the company to just get them to confirm that I had infact ordered a cab for my address & that there wasn't a mix up somewhere down the line. The rude guy I had the displeasure of speaking to had blamed me for the no-show, giving false excuses saying the driver had tried to call me & message me but no answer so they left. I explained that I had no calls or messages apart from the one to say that my car had arrived & I was out ready to meet the driver just 3 minutes after receiving the message. The guy on the phone then accusingly says if that were the case then why am I only calling them 15 minutes after I was due to be picked up....
Because I gave you the benefit of the doubt where I proceeded to wait patiently only to have my time wasted & have an incompetent telephonist not only lie to me but also what seemed to be accusing of it then being my fault.

I would not waste your valuable time with this firm & stay clear of them.

Oh and I do think your telephonist may need a customer service crash course.

I used Barkers taxis today and they were absolutely first rate. Friendly, helpful, completely reliable.

Expensive , I was told different price when I booked a taxi and payed much more . Will not use it again

Booked a taxi, he arrived and knocked on the door. I said we'd be 2 minutes. We came outside and he drove off! Appalling service. But a huge thanks to Uber!
