HORRIBLE SERVICE i booked a cab and the operator never called to tell me the cab was no longer coming i had sat half hour waiting for no reason. when i rang back the operator was completely rude to me and was unapologetic when he knows hes wrong for not calling to say the driver wasn't coming. dont book with them. horrible service hes not even friendly at all

The person I spoke to book the cab was very rude and cut the call on me twice and claimed he was busy when I got upset and said was going to give a bad review based on my experience. No customer service at all. Do not use them.

Took 1 hour for my taxi to arrive and I was guaranteed 10 minute wait
