That one is literally the best taxi service I ever used around Epsom. Very reliable and exact timings on when the driver would arrive. Also a very friendly, helping and kind driver. He even helped me to take care of a friend, that’s more service than anyone could ever expect. I will always use this taxi service when I come to London.

So I chose ezy cars because of good reviews and tbh that was not a service I was expecting. No confirmation at all. Called day before asking is everything all right with my booking. Response : Should be fine. That's not something that I want to hear on my trip to airport especially when I'm going to my own wedding. So next day the driver did turned up. Unfortunately the state of the car was below any standards . Rear seats look like they have not been cleaned for ages. It was disgusting. Smell in the car - well don't want to describe that at all. When I looked on the dash while driving - selection of warning lights. Engine management light on, air bag light on, and few other ones. How I suppose to trust you to get me safety to airport if you supply car like that. Also on hot day like today- Ac switched off windows down on motorway. I'm guessing ac doesn't work. How the heck you can supply car like that. Honestly that was one of the worst services ever. Will not recommend and will not use again. I'm very happy that I have not book return trip with you.
