Ordered, called 3 times because they were late, always promising the ride "in ten minutes".
Ended up canceling because they never showed. Jokers

Worst cab company ever. Gave them chance after chance they are always late. Extortionately expensive. Last straw was booking a cab to take me to Gatwick Express Victoria at 630. I get an update telling me the cab won't be here until 7pm at 645pm LMAO.

Tried to book a car with these guys, the operator gave me a range in price, then when I call him back, gives me a higher price. Finally agreed a price together, I then asked if we can pay by card, he said yes you can, will be an extra £5 charge!

I asked the guy, why couldn’t you tell me that at the beginning? He said ok, go book somewhere else then, I’m to busy, then just said go book with Uber!! And next minute he has no availability.

Continue being rude to people and soon Kensington Cars will be a ghost of Christmas Past!

Airport pickup. Unlike most other taxi companies they didn’t send a driver into the arrivals hall with a sign board. Consequently we wasted 1hr trying to contact the office and then the driver to find out where they were.

It seems they tried to avoid paying for the car parking by waiting outside until contacted and then coming in. This system could work if it had been communicated to us in advance but it wasn’t. Why not just accept that airport pickup jobs will incur car park charges for the driver and be in the arrival hall like all the other firms?

Considering they charged £75 from LHR to SW London that would be easily covered by the fare.

Either penny pinching driver or penny pinching company policy.
