Very pleased with the service, will be using them again.
Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone requiring a taxi to the airport, knowledgeable and polite.

They didn't show up!! We booked online via email, received a confirmation email and they never showed up!! My sister was flying back to America and needed to get to Heathrow as I had to go to work and could not drive her. We called and called and got no answer, emailed with no reply and have called since to see what happened and still no answer. Maybe the went out of business, but a pretty strange set of events seeing as they confirmed via email less than 24 hours before the pick up time. Luckily my sister *just* made it when we called a different cab company. But she was completely distrought and in tears, not the way you want to start 15 hours of travel. Will never even attempt to use them again, as you can imagine.

I am a regular customer of Cassio Cars and I think they are a very good company. Their service is very good and they are always on time.

Competitive price, punctual and standard driven really care about the customers and he integrity of the journey wouldn't use another company in Watford.

Booked a taxi at 1 to pick up at 1:30pm to to the the train station (5 min drive). Gets to 1.35 and no taxi has arrived, I call repeatedly until 1:42 at which point I accept that they're deliberately ignoring my number and had to do a 15min run to the train station while it's raining like crazy. Absolutely will never even consider using them again (on the train now and they still won't answer my calls).

Booked an airport taxi for 4:00am for it not to show up. Phone went to dial tone repeatedly. Had to get an Uber instead. Avoid!

Booked online to take us to the station at 11pm, but no taxi showed up. Tried calling but could not get through, and was left stranded late at night with a long journey home. Will never use them again, and highly recommend that anyone reading this avoids them as well.
