I have just had a really bad experience on behalf of one of our Patients
He came by one of there cars & was dropped off outside our Opticians which is Kassford Opticians on London Road. We rang them back to collect the Patient & was told the driver would park outside the shop as the Patient is disabled & is on Walking Sticks. We Got a call from the driver saying he was outside but could not see the car, so we rang the mobile he had rang us on & he said he was up a alleyway opposite the shop, he said he couldn't park there because it was red route, i explained to him that you can park there for 20 mins in between 10-00 till 4-00pm unloading & loading, he said that if he got a ticket we would have to pay £120, i have worked here 20 years & never had anyone receive a ticket in these circumstances, he then sat in the car and never got out to help the gentleman get into the car, not even open the car door!! i had to leave the shop to help him myself even a bus passing stopped so that we could pull the door open wider! I then rang the office & got the same attitude from the controller he was very rude too!! Shocking attitude!!!

Great service, drivers always on time with notifications of theirs arrival, excellent communication with the operators. I'm using this service for my daughter to take her for Saturdays school, cars have a tracking system, so no worries and stress free. Very satisfied.

Good grief. Gave one star but honestly would give zero if I could. Booked a pick up from Heathrow a day in advance for pick up at 10:40, driver didn't arrive until 1pm. Had to call to suss out where the car was, and he couldn't confirm where I should wait for him - luckily for him I was in the right spot. To make things worse, when we got to the barrier he threw his hazards on, got out of the car without a word and left me alone in the car with the driver side door open for 5 minutes with no clue where he'd gone (see pic). When I then asked why the cost was so high when I'd gotten a number of quotes not exceeding £50, and this was £70, he rudely shrugged and told me the office set it. I explained that I only had £60 in cash based on the quotes and he dismissed me quickly by saying we'd stop at a cash machine. At this point I'd been travelling (with food poisoning) for 21 hours straight, on 3 different delayed flights, and was ready to burst into tears at that suggestion. All in all, if you value your cash and your sanity, avoid like the plague.

Quoted one price, then had to pay double when I rang the company they made excuse after excuse, however the week before I had made a similar journey and was charged half the orice. Day light robbery. I will not be using them again

DONT BOOK YOUR CAB HERE, THEY ARE RUDE A WORKER TEXT MY PHONE AND TOLD ME TO GET THE BUS WITH A PARTIALLY BLIND 4 year old coming home from the hospital. I have proof. He then proceeded to call my phone to argue with me. I will be finding myself in the office in the morning. I wish I could post a screenshot

Send electronic confirmation of the booking. Sends message when car is on its way and also once it arrives. Prices are reasonable.

I pre booked a taxi to take me into town for the theatre 24 hr in advance. The driver turned up 45 minutes late without so much as an apology. The company blamed the delay on traffic but I don't believe this. The roads seemed clear to me on our journey and even in rush hour - they said he would only be 5-10 mins late and it kept getting longer and longer. I think it was a case of a greedy driver booking in too many jobs. Appaulling service - do not use this company.
