Pro Cars Woking

We’ve used Pro Cars on a number of occasions. Excellent service, always on time and great communication. On our latest return trip to the airport, the company were able to accommodate our late change of plans and were great when return flight was delayed!

We had Ian (driver) this time. Amazing!

I have used the Pro Cars service for a trip from the airport to home. I am not happy of the service offered: the service was not courteous to say the least (no welcome on pick up, rude answer when I was surprised by 20 minutes extra wait). On top of that, an extra charge was applied at the end of the trip without having specified it at the time of reservation. The driver bluntly asked me to refer to T&C. The T&C are very vague and taxi businesses know that people do not read them, that is why good businesses kindly explain potential extra-charges before the reservation or at the time the delay is communicatyed by the client. The email address that is supposed to be used for feedback does not work. The company did not take any action after my complaint, just quickly replied with text messages, again a sign of lack of customer service

Excellent taxi service which are friendly and accommodating drivers who are always punctual with excellent clean vehicles. Prices are affordable and airport taxis are complete with meet and greet beverages, a newspaper and drinks on the car. The most reliable Woking taxi company 100%

Process drove me and a friend to Heathrow and brought us back at the end of our holiday. The car was comfortable and and we were met at promptly at the requested times. A very efficient service that I will use again and would recommend.

I travelled in an estate car today on a journey that lasted about an hour. I had a lot of luggage and asked the company last minute to change my departure time.
The driver showed up on perfect time, was extremely polite, patient and discreet. The journey was very pleasant and smooth. Would definitely recommend!!
