Taxis & MiniCabs Heathrow Airport

Never, ever use this service.
They quoted me one fare when I called, attempted to charge me another when the driver took out his machine. The driver was poorly dressed and he had garbage strewn all over the front of the vehicle. He took a call, holding the phone in his hand, while driving. Utterly unprofessional.

Fabulous service, lovely drivers, clean cars and on time all the time!! Definitely recommend these guys

Best taxi company in Heathrow airport.

I called the first time and they responded, but the way the arrival of the driver was managed was quite poor. At another time, I ordered again, but they said they would not pick me up, because they only do long distance and they hung up on me.

I called and spoke to the call handler Isha, she lacked any manners & was very blunt. Despite the quote being a cheaper price than another firm, I avoided the £200 taxi because of her poor first impression of the company.

I accidentally called the same number again, as the same firm had an advertisement I clicked on. She rudely then said ‘you’ve already called’ without even a hello.

Booked a taxi to the airport, 30 mins after the allotted time no car, and no answer. Ignored my calls. I have missed my flight because they did not have the decency to answer my call, I could of booked another cab. Do not use, they would rather ignore you than tell you to book another cab.

Amir was extremely helpful when my daughter and child were stranded at Heathrow Bus Station. I was very impressed!
