I would have given them a 4/5 star as previously the experience was great, I used them a lot for transfers from my house to Heathrow. However, for my past 2 bookings the experience was awful. For the first one, I booked them for a transfer for my parents and they called me a few hours before stating that somehow I have been quoted the wrong price and that i had to pay around 30% more for the fare otherwise they would cancel. They mentioned this was due to a technical glitch on their side on the app but still asked me to pay. And the second one was for my self for a transfer to Gatwick where they did exactly the same, called me on the day asking for more money due to the same tech glitch. Try to avoid them as they do not put any value on customer care and they do not assume the operational risk of their business, they just put more stress on their clients.

The worst! Confirmed my taxi twice (even at the time of landing)..but as it wasn’t there, I called only to find out that taxi has apparently broken down close to the airport! No driver ever contacted me in the first place! Probably didn’t have a taxi arranged in the first place! Never using these guys, extremely poor customer service.

I have never had any significant negative experiences with any company or individual, but I’m genuinely disappointed in the customer service I experienced today. I called them today and the person on the phone was absolutely unhelpful. First of all, when I told him all the details, he did not even say anything back to me. This is poor customer service and it would be better if he simply acknowledged that I was speaking with him. Second, when I asked about pricing he told me that I was shouting at him… why would I ever do that? Finally, his attitude was ridiculous and so poor for someone in charge of customer service at such an important company. In short, it is obvious that he lacks customer service skills and has no desire to help others; his attitude reflected this lack of professionalism. As such, I will not be using their services again or referring any friends or family members who might be interested in booking with them. It is extremely unacceptable for any company to treat its customers this way; therefore, if you are having a bad day at work do not take it out on others. Thanks!!

I booked taxi from.my macaroon to Luton its was fine. I booked return and entered my flight to arrive at 7.30pm and said add 15 mins on top. This was fine. I am awaiting but no taxi. I called them and there answer was you are early not a good start when I was stand at the pick zone at 7.40. Then he says to me it will take 30mins for the driver to reach you. I said I booked for 6.30pm and no text arrived and you are saying 30mins and he said yes as I have to send taxi. So that meant no taxi was arranged even though on app it said booked. What really took the biscuit was I am saying to why taxi didn't come he had the ego to say listen I am giving you condition. Condition great service that you wait 30mins to pick or I can get someone there in 10 mins if you pay by card right now. He is giving me condition and then telling to pay with the link I sent you while I am waiting for a taxi that when came. So a mistake by minicabs and could send me a taxi until I pay the link they send. Even their error but didn't honor. Customer service would be negative if there was an option. And rudeness what I can say. Booked another transport then waiting around for them.

Worst company ever attempted to book a cab with the service operator was extremely abrupt and rude when I asked if there was any taxis available. Then proceeded to give me another cab company’s number saying this is the drivers number when I questioned what number this was as there was no explanation when he began stating the number operator told me he had just said that and hung up the phone. Will not be using this service again. Disgusting company and disgusting customer service

Incompetent, rude and unreliable staff. I missed their call and called back 1 minute later - got told my driver was 15 minutes away. Then received a call 10 minutes later, saying that because I missed the original call they had cancelled the driver and that their other staff members didn’t know what they were talking about. No help and was told it was all my fault. Cheers Ifa, I won’t be using this company again!

It was very easy to order the cab and the driver arrived promptly. He was very friendly and helpful which was ideal when one has been in hospital. The price was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to a friend.

Horrible experience: first driver - car was dirty and smelled (a replacement driver had to be called due to mechanical issue). The second driver was obviously an Uber quick replacement. Driver made comments about how he usually doesn’t drive that far, wouldn’t get another trip until he came back into London, asked me repeatedly how I booked - it was beyond uncomfortable. Contacted company - twice - was told management would speak to me: still waiting. Never again.
