Tried to Pre book a taxi for a 6am pickup. Operator asked where I was going from and too. When I told him I needed to go to WGC station he told me they have no cars at 6am. Why ask me where I wanted to go from and too if they have cars available at 6 anyway?

Excellent service. I was stuck in welwyn garden town other day and their driver owner Usman picked me up. It was please to journey with very good price and I did make one stop and I was not charged extra. I would recommend them

Pretty livid with the service I've received or lack of, various phone calls and 2 minutes shy of a 30 minute wait for a taxi when I was told it'd be 10minutes.
