Absolutely fantastic service. Always on time and caring. We always use them and they are consistent every time. Their drivers are very polite and well mannered.

Absolutely terrible.You cannot trust this company to show up on time or give you honest timings on the phone. Phone manner is terrible as well

First time I had used them for a pickup, they left me 20 mins waiting at the airport. Driver finally arrived and seemed like he didn't know the airport at all and then couldn't remember where he had parked. First and last time I'm afraid Strawberry Hill Cars

Expensive for what they are. I wanted to give the business to a local company but would have been better off with Uber. Poor English spoken by the office staff too.

Use to be a decent service but it’s been terrible the last few times. I told them I had to pay with card several times then suddenly the driver can’t take it. So they made me go find a cash machine and walk all the way back to find the driver. Wasted 20 minutes. Then the driver that picked me up tells me to meet him at departures and he’s not there. He went to the wrong place and then tried to blame me. I’m done with these people. Horrible customer service from the drivers and they can barely communicate with you.

Rang and booked a day in advance for transport to the airport. Eventually arrived 45 minutes late citing traffic and lack of drivers - this being why I booked a day in advance. If I hadn't chased it, they weren't going to be letting me know it was late. Also then lied about where the taxi actually was. Just unnecessary poor communication. Goodbye forever

Moved into kingston and used these service to Gatwick and Heathrow had no problems and very friendly drivers i have no problems using them again
