Cancelled on my the evening before a 4am transfer to the airport. Will use Uber next time.

Avoid - they were great on transfer to Gatwick but on return from Caribbean flying for hours overnight they went to Heathrow rather than Gatwick. Complete lack of any responsibility or customer service in fact were combative and aggressive. Offered a very meagre refund which I gave to driver as a tip.
