I have used this service for a few months now to get in and out of Wood Green and my experience with it has been stunning. I live in Wood Green and do not have a car and so I have put all my trust into this cab service and they have performed marvellously for me. It’s fast, reliable and affordable which is all the quality’s a good cab service needs. And to be honest they have never let me down and I will continue to use this service as long as I can. Thank you for such a great service.

This was one of the worst taxi experiences I've ever had. The customer service on the phone was excellent but the taxi driver was awful. He showed up 20 mins late which he said that's normal (it's not). He then stopped for petrol and spent much of the drive complaining about having to drive to the airport. He drove poorly and we had people honking at us and at one point narrowly avoided a fender bender thanks to another quick thinking driver. I will never use this company again.

DO NOT USE THIS CAB FIRM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! I pre-booked a cab to take me and my family to Luton airport for our annual family holiday. The cab didn't show. I called the company and was told it would be there in fifteen minutes. After fifteen minutes I called again - again I was told it would be another 15 minutes. No apology, no offer of a discount. When it was 45 minutes late I was forced to drive to the airport and use the long stay car park at a price of around £500 (it would have been half that had I pre-booked). This cab firm has cost me a lot of money and caused me a lot of stress today. Utterly unprofessional and massively rude, I hope they go out of business.

AWFUL!! Booked in advance for an AIRPORT drop off. After 40 mins they still hadn’t turned up so we had to drive ourselves and very nearly missed our flight. Cost us a lot of money in airport parking and a huge amount of stress. And no apology!! Shockingly bad service.

Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT utilize the company for your service needs. When an error was made from an employee after my family went confirm TWICE for their reservation; they did not seek to reconcile. They scheduled our reservation incorrectly and did not take any responsibility.

It’s difficult times with the Pandemic, and that should be all the more a reason to be devoted to customer service. Plenty of other services out there that would do a much better job than this company.

Most horrible experience. We double checked with the company to confirm time for airport run. The morning of we find out the time was booked for 30 minutes prior so the cab had been cancelled. Only one cab was available for 20 pounds more. They would not honor the original price and insisted we paid for a mistake we didn’t make. The person serving us was rude and unhelpful. The driver was lovely. Would give no stars if I could
