BnK Cars

A 4-person delegation from my company in the US recently travelled to London for a week and used B & K for virtually all their travel needs, starting and ending with travel to/from Heathrow. The drivers were prompt and courteous, the vehicles were clean and suitable for their needs, and the rates were very reasonable. My dealings with the office were terrific - everyone I spoke to was professional, patient, and friendly and the itinerary (and its many changes) was confirmed via email in a timely manner. Billing was also done quickly and efficiently. We will definitely use B & K again as well as refer other colleagues and friends.

Loved the experience, absolute life saver this service was. Was stuck at stratford at midnight due to no more tubes going the way I needed to get home. Was looking at bus journeys and other cabs, however waiting time was way to long. This service is excellent quick and simple.

Thank you so much Bush & Kensington Cars, My daughter and her friend were stranded in Shepherds Bush at 2 am. A phone call from Hertfordshire and a driver was there within a few minutes, found my daughter and got her home within the hour. Wonderful service, would recommend to anybody. Thanks again.

I have had several bad experiences with BNK cars. I would discourage anyone from using their airport pick up services. They have not shown up on time on several occasions. Last time I booked a car to pick up my sons from the airport the driver, who was late, did not remember where he had parked his car and had the kids wandering around the car park for 30 minutes until he found it!! Then the driver gave me an attitude when I asked what had happened. I'm still waiting for an apology.

Got the cab for my son at 11 pm on 18/7 after my son waited for central line more than 20 mins. Paid by my credit card over the phone. Got the registration plate of the car picking my son up and he was driven to Perivale from white city tube station in 15 mins! EXCELLENT SERVICE, I will use them again WITH PLEASURE! keep up the good work guys and thank you!

Filled out request form for cab from hammersmith to luton airport for next day. Looked like some software errors on the online form submission confirmation but it said the form had been successfully submitted. No response within 3 hours. Went elsewhere. Not recommended

I used them to go to the airport. Upon booking asked for the price and agreed on the fare. Upon arrival to the airport the driver stated £10 more. Not ideal as only prepared cash for what i was told it would cost. When rang to complaint told by rude operator that the fare doesn't Include entrance to the airport carpark and that I "should know that", also telling me that my fare should be another £20. Am i the one that made the prices?? Rather than apologies for misleading quote to client I was told that it's my mistake. Disgusting service, do not use if you don't want headache and arguing the prices with the cab drivers. I can see why people prefer uber than this dated,dodgy system!

Please don’t use this company. They used to be very efficient but in the last two years they have become very unprofessional.
