My CEO traveled to London recently for leisure. On arriving back in Canada he realized he was missing his cell phone. He immediately assumed that the phone was stolen and blocked the phone. A day later, Redwoods contacted him to say that one of their drivers found the phone in the airport shuttle. What a relief. Redwoods staff went out of their way to help me with the logistics to get the phone back to Canada. Amazing honesty and service. Arrived at Heathrow on a delayed flight at 01.30am, excellent service provided. Particularly when the driver, Ian, waited until we were safely indoors. Will use again and again!

Great cab firm.... Its like the csbs u got in the 80s and 90's. I cant rate a cab firm higher.. Lets keep this business alive.. They really are a dying breed.... Frigg uber.. And as a woman who uses cabs all the time ive never had a problem with redwoods... They are so genuine caring and compassionate.. If u ever disappointed after reading my review il pay the cab myself.... #teamredwood
